You can set up any number of forum groups and each forum group may have multiple forums on particular topic. The forums are organized into threads. You can also use the Forums module for article comments if you use so called "ad-hoc" forums that are bound to some particular document (article, product, etc.).

Certified Officials
We had the opportunity to wrestle in the Ankeny, IA tournament this weekend. One thing that stood out was the competance of the officials there. This particular tournament had certified officials and they did an excellant job. The tournament in Indianola had better competition, but used high school officials. At one point one of the high school officials failed to call a potentially dangerous position, and it cost our wrestler the match but fortunately did not have any long term physical damage. It would just be nice to not have to worry about that by having more knowledgeable officials here in ND.

RE:Certified Officials
I agree, just this year alone I have seen some very questionable calls and non calls, and also quite a few disputes over them. And when it comes down to kids being in potentially dangerous situations, it makes it even worse obviously.

I will also add, I have seen some high school kids doing a great job as well, coach trying to "Bully" a ref into a call in Barnesville and the ref stood his ground and stayed with his call, which was the correct one in my opinion.
