1. Following this link and get your USAW Wrestling Card.  This is mandatory for you to participate in practice. http://www.usawmembership.com/

2. Click on the Tech Team Registration Form on your left and fill it out only if you are a new member or your information has changed.  You can email your Registration form to shearerringneckhunter@hotmail.com

3. Read the Parent Handbook and show up next Monday October 19th for the parents meeting at Urban Plains Center 6 to 7PM.
